Homes in Mint Hill, NC vary from new transitional mansions to traditional 2-story homes in newer subdivisions.  Land lots are typically larger and more wooded in Mint Hill, compared to areas closer to center city Charlotte and South Charlotte.

The Farmers market in Mint Hill is a wonderful Saturday gathering spot for local produce, baked good, crafts and plants.  The Farmers Market  is located in the quaint, Carl J. McEwen Historical Village. 

Mint Hill retains its small town feel, while also offering an easy, 20 minute communte to center city Charlotte.
